What to expect:
When you arrive for your initial consultation we will:
- Run a clinical body composition analysis that will give you:
body fat percentage, body fat weight, lean weight, water weight, BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), Bio-resistance, and water weight.
- We will then utilize this information to determine appropriate goals and milestones
- Conduct a basic medical history screening
- Do a basic fitness, postural, and flexibility assessment
- Begin the development of a nutritional strategy to fit your goals and lifestyle
Your sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes long and are composed of:
- Warm up
- Dynamic functional training utilizing all free-form exercise (strongly core based)
- Flexibility and postural correction exercise
- Cool down and nutrition consultation
Once per month we conduct a clinical body composition analysis for you to track/monitor progress and changes in your body fat, and lean mass.
